NE OBLIVISCARIS

Große Dinge werfen ihre Schatten voraus. NE OBLIVISCARIS (Facebook) gehören sicherlich dazu. Am 24.03.’23 werden sie ihr Album „Exul“ veröffentlichen. Die Band kommt aus Australien und spielt progressiven Metal in der härteren Liga. Die aktuelle Single „Equus“ ist ein 12-minütiges Opus, das wirklich gewaltig ist. Eine faszinierende Reise mit einer atemberaubenden Darbietung in allen Bereichen. Eine besonderes Merkmal sind die exzellent gespielten Violinen, die einen besonderen Zauber und eine starke Aussdruckskraft in den Sound bringen. So genial habe ich es noch nie gehört. Phänomenal!

SUICIDE SILENCE

aus den U.S.A. werden am 10.03.’23 das Album „Remember… You Must Die“ raushauen. Vorab gibt es aktuell die Single „Alter Of Self“. Wenn man sich das Video anschaut, muss man der Deathcore Band einen verrückten Sinn für Humor attestieren. Das Video ist so was von durchgeknallt! Pilze spielen eine einflußreiche Rolle in diesem Video. Der Song selber rummst ziemlich fett und stampft böse vor sich hin. SUICIDE SILENCE (Facebook) machen auf jeden Fall Laune!

BIZARREKULT

Ich merke schon, dass dieses Jahr der Black Metal sehr stark vertreten sein wird. WALG haben bereits mit ihrem Album „III“ sehr gut vorgelegt. Ich weiß ziemlich sicher, dass NIGHTCROWNED ebenfalls dieses Jahr ein Album veröffentlichen werden. Und sehr bald, nämlich am 27.01.’23 wird das Ablum „Den Tapte Krigen“ der Norweger BIZARREKULT (Facebook) erscheinen. Und wenn ich mir die bisherigen Singles so anhöre, dann dürfte dies ebenfalls ein super Album geworden sein, was uns mächtig beeindrucken wird. Der Titeltrack als aktuell Single-Auskopplung ist ebenfalls eine höchst epische Erfahrung, die unheimlich fesselnd ist. Das Video dazu ist sehr bizarr und verstörend!

FALL OF STASIS

gehören ebenfalls in den Bereich Extreme Metal. Der Sound von FALL OF STASIS (Facebook) ist sehr reichhaltig und offeriert verschiedenste Eindrücke, die zu einem Ganzen geschmiedet werden. Symphonische Elemente bereichern das musikalische Erlebnis. Die Single „The Chronophagist“ zeigt eine beachtliche Leistung aller Beteiligten, die dens Song auf einem hohen technischen Level präsentieren. Das Songwriting ist voller raffinierter Elemente, so dass es hier viel zu entdecken gibt. Schmeichelnde Melodien und Gesänge gehen Hand in Hand mit brutalen Attacken. Und dann höre man sich die Leadgitarre mit ihrem ausgiebigen Solo in der letzten Minute an. Ein Traum!

The band comes from Australia and plays progressive metal in the harder league. The current single „Equus“ is a 12-minute opus that is truly massive. A fascinating journey with a breathtaking performance in all areas. A special feature are the excellently played violins, which bring a special magic and strong expressiveness to the sound. I have never heard it so brilliant. Phenomenal!

I can already tell that Black Metal will be very strongly represented this year. WALG have already presented very well with their album „III“. I know pretty sure that NIGHTCROWNED will also release an album this year. And very soon, namely on 27.01.’23 the ablum „Den Tapte Krigen“ of the Norwegians BIZARREKULT (Facebook) will be released. And if I listen to the previous singles so, then this should also have become a superb album, which will impress us mightily. The title track as the current single release is also a highly epic experience that is incredibly captivating. The video for this is very bizarre and disturbing!

also belong to the field of extreme metal. The sound of FALL OF STASIS (Facebook) is very opulent and offers various impressions that are forged into a whole. Symphonic elements enrich the musical experience. The single „The Chronophagist“ shows a remarkable performance of all participants, who present dens song on a high technical level. The songwriting is full of refined elements, so there is a lot to discover here. Flattering melodies and vocals go hand in hand with brutal attacks. And then listen to the lead guitar with its extensive solo in the last minute. A dream!
