Mini-CD von VOIVOD in der Pipeline

Die kanadischen progressive-sci-fi-metal-thrash Urgesteine Voivod, bringen nach erfolgreich abgeschlossener „Deathcrusher 2015“ Europatour mit Carcass, Obituary und Napalm Death, die „Post Society EP“ Mini-CD auf den Markt. Leider müssen wir uns bis zum Erscheinen noch bis zum 26. Februar 2016 gedulden.

Das Artwork der Scheibe stammt aus der Feder von Michel “Away” Langevin, dem Drummer der Band. Die CD wird 5 Songs mit 30 Minuten Spielzeit enthalten. Zwei Songs die vorher nur auf Vinyl 7″ zu erhalten waren, zwei brandneue Songs und das Hawkwind Cover „Silver Machine“.

Ende Februar kommt das Release – hier ein Statement des Drummers dazu

“More songs from out in the woods! In between tours, we are steadily finding our way through recording the next album at RadicArt studio. Many riffs were composed on the bus but until the North American tour with Vektor in 2016, we will spend most of wintertime in Montreal writing another batch of material. Meanwhile, we hope you will enjoy this EP of good old thrash-prog-punk-metal or whatever people want to call Voïvod nowadays.

Dann freuen wir uns auf Februar.
