Heavy Rock

Die belgische Band REBEL´s END (Facebook) veröffentlichen heute am 24.09.2021 ihren neuen Banger „Sing To The Devil“. Es ist das zweite Album der belgischen Band, die sich erst 2016 gegründet hat. Und es scheint ganz gut zu laufen für die Jungs, denn vor kurzem haben sie beim Label `Pure Steel Records unterschrieben´.

Schnell, Hart, Laut

Daraus besteht die Zündschnur der Rocker, mit der sie ihr Soundfeuerwerk abfackeln. Fehlzündungen kennt die Band jedenfalls nicht. Die Jungs geben durchweg Gas. Sie spielen mit Schmackes ihr unterhaltsames Programm runter und es gibt wohl kaum jemanden, den das kalt lassen dürfte. Die kurzen knusprigen Songs sind für die Live-Bühne gemacht und werden dort das Publikum zum Kochen bringen. Dafür sind die Zutaten aus Rock, Metal und Punk gut gemixt und heizen ordentlich ein. Hier und da fühlt man sich beispielsweise an die allseits bekannte Band RISE AGAINST erinnert. So geht

„Evil Eye“ gleich in die Vollen

und prescht nach vorne. Und wenn man denkt, dass das doch schon gut abgeht, dann kommt ein Song wie „From The Ashes“ daher, der mittendrin noch mal den Nachbrenner zündet. Einen anderen Style versprühen das erfrischende gut gelaunte „Blood From A Stone“ oder das kräftig stampfende „End Of Me“ ein. Andere Songs werden mit einer intensiven Dosis Metal geimpft, so auch bei dem Song

„Outlaw“.

Der Track steht dabei wohl einfach auch für das Lebensgefühl der Jungs: Mit viel Spaß und Energie die Sau rauslassen. Der Song feuert dementsprechend drauflos und lässt die Fetzen fliegen. Knackige Riffs, flotte rockige Leads bestimmen die rasante Fahrt, zu der Sänger Jef Wouters die absolut passende schmutzige Rockröhre für die Vocals beisteuert. Auch die mehrstimmigen Parts sitzen und puschen den Sound. Die Texte kann man wunderbar mitgrölen und wenn der Gitarrist bei dem Solo noch mal einen Gang hochschaltet, dann quietschen und qualmen die Reifen. Na dann mal viel Spaß bei dem Video zu diesem Song… (Könnte mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass die geile Karre jemandem aus der Band gehört.)

Fazit

Manchmal können auch Reviews kurz und knackig sein. REBEL´s END hauen mit „Sing To The Devil“ ein tolles Heavy-Rock-Album raus, welches sich durchweg treu bleibt und von vorne bis hinten durchknallt. Die Mischung aus Rock und Punk mit einer guten Portion Metal weiß gut zu unterhalten. Das ist qualitativ alles ne runde Sache.

Heavy Rock

Belgian band REBEL’s END (Facebook) will release their new banger „Sing To The Devil“ today. It is the second album of the Belgian band, which was formed only in 2016. And it seems to be going quite well for the Jung, because recently they signed with the label `Pure Steel Records‘.

Fast, Hard, Loud

This is the fuse of the rockers, with which they torch their sound fireworks. The band doesn’t know any misfires. The guys pushes forward whole the time. They play their entertaining show with a lot of zest and there is hardly anyone who should be left cold. The short crispy songs are made for the live stage and will bring the audience to the boil there. The ingredients of Rock, Punk and Metal are well mixed and heat up the audience. At times you feel reminded of the well-known band RISE AGAINST.

„Evil Eye“ goes full throttle

and rushes forward. And if you think that this is already going well, then comes a song like „From The Ashes“, which ignites the afterburner in the middle. The refreshing, good-humored „Blood From A Stone“ or the powerfully stomping „End Of Me“ add a different style. Other songs are inoculated with an intense dose of metal, as with the song

„Outlaw“

probably also stands for the attitude to life of the guys. With a lot of fun and energy let the sow out. The song dashes accordingly and lets the shreds fly. Crisp riffs, snappy rock leads determine the rapid ride, to which the singer has the absolutely appropriate dirty rock voice. Also the polyphonic parts sit and push the sound. The lyrics can be bawled along wonderfully and when the guitarist shifts up a gear during the solo, then the tires squeal and smoke. Well, have fun with the video to this song… (Could very well imagine that the horny car belongs to someone from the band).

Conclusion

Sometimes reviews can be short and crisp. With „Sing To The Devil“, REBEL’s END put out a great heavy rock album, which remains true to itself throughout and bangs from front to back. This is qualitatively well made! The mixture of rock and punk with a good portion of metal knows how to entertain well. So the album makes fun in any case!
