Bad Wolves werden ihr Debütalbum im Mai veröffentlichten. Merkt euch daher Freitag, den 18. Mai 2018. Tommy Vext, John Boecklin, Chris Cain, Doc Coyle und Kyle Konkiel werden ihr Baby schlicht „Disobey“ taufen. Erste internationale Aufmerksamkeit erhielt die Band durch ihr Cover „Zombie“ von THE CRANBERRIES. Die Single belegte mehrere Tage die Nr.1 in den I-Tunes-Charts.

Band-Manager Zoltan Bathory (FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH) freut sich auch und sagt über die Band:

A heavy-slightly prog rock band that tunes low and cuts off most of the fat. Watching FAITH NO MORE on the reunion tour made my thought process change,“ he explained. „I was standing there, and it hit me that I don’t want to be in a metal band with screaming all the time. We’re heavy, yet from track-to-track, things change quite a bit.

Große Namen, (und noch eine) kleine Band

Die wohl bekanntesten Protagonisten sind Ex-Devildriver Schalgzeuger John Boecklin und Ex-Divine Heresy Sänger Tommy Vext. Zu den Jungs gesellen sich auch noch Doc Coyle (GOD FORBID), Chris Cain (BURY YOUR DEAD) sowie Kyle Konkiel (VIMIC, IN THIS MOMENT). Frontmann Vext sagt zum Sound der Band:

More was revealed, so more was required..The overall tonality and approach resonated with me as an opportunity to challenge myself and grow as a vocalist. I was given a platform to tap into some musical influences I hadn’t yet explored in previous bands. All in all, it was some of the most diverse, original material I’ve gotten to wrap my hands around.
