<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Genre: Modern Rock/Metal</h3>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">VÖ: 30.06.2023</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE</strong> (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/LiftTheCurse" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Facebook</a>) sind ein Duo aus Texas. <strong>Ryan Hegefeld &amp; Jon Yadon Jr.</strong> waren bei uns bereits mit ihrem Debütalbum &#8222;Rise With The Flames“vertreten (<a href="https://metal-heads.de/reviews/lift-the-curse-rise-with-the-flames-review/">Review</a>). </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><a href="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover.jpg"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" src="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-150876" width="460" height="460" srcset="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover.jpg 1024w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-300x300.jpg 300w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-150x150.jpg 150w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-768x768.jpg 768w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-80x80.jpg 80w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-320x320.jpg 320w" sizes="(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px" /></a></figure></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ansprechender Mix</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe title="Lift The Curse - &quot;Tidal Wave&quot; (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LDQdvwoO-BQ?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe title="Lift The Curse - &quot;The Things We Don&#039;t Say&quot; (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/_2yX8YrfJwY?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

Like It&#8217;s Your Last)&#8220;</strong>.

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe loading="lazy" title="Lift The Curse - &quot;Fight (Like It&#039;s Your Last)&quot; (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0kkHDeJfhLU?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Einen Klassiker aufregend neu gestaltet</h3>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Fazit</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE legen mit ihrem neuen Album &#8222;Suffer And Survive&#8220; noch mal ne Schüppe drauf.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Genre: Modern Rock/Metal</h3>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Release: 30.06.2023</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE</strong> (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/LiftTheCurse" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Facebook</a>) are a duo from Texas. <strong>Ryan Hegefeld &amp; Jon Yadon Jr.</strong> were already represented with their debut album &#8222;Rise With The Flames&#8220; (<a href="https://metal-heads.de/reviews/lift-the-curse-rise-with-the-flames-review/">Review</a>) . On it, they had put together all the singles released to date as a package. Already then the versatile quality of the duo was revealed. The sound ranges from rock to metal. Everything is implemented very well in terms of craftsmanship. This energetic duo has been very busy and has now released their new album &#8222;Suffer &amp; Survive&#8220; on June 30. The difference with the debut album is that the 15 songs were actually conceived for the album from the beginning. The cover I find already once appealing design.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><a href="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover.jpg"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" src="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-150876" width="460" height="460" srcset="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover.jpg 1024w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-300x300.jpg 300w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-150x150.jpg 150w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-768x768.jpg 768w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-80x80.jpg 80w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/LIFT-THE-CURSE-SUFFER-SURVIVE-Cover-320x320.jpg 320w" sizes="(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px" /></a></figure></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Appealing mix</h3>

<p>LIFT THE CURSE still combine different styles. Mostly they romp around in the rock area, but also cross the border to metal. After the intro, the opener &#8222;Tidal Wave&#8220; immediately shows what the duo is capable of. The song shines with beautiful vocal lines, which are excellently presented by Ryan. <strong>You can expect both soulful and powerful passages that combine to create a rousing mix. </strong>Also the <strong>guitar</strong> playing of Jon sounds damn good and <strong>fires up the sound with hot riffs and burning solos.</strong></p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe title="Lift The Curse - &quot;Tidal Wave&quot; (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LDQdvwoO-BQ?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<p>The songs on the debut album were already really good and on &#8222;Suffer And Survive&#8220; some of the new songs seem even more mature and coherent. <strong>LIFT THE CURSE also like to show a happy side and that&#8217;s what the song &#8222;The Things We Don&#8217;t Say&#8220; stands for.</strong> A lively rocker that radiates positive vibes and would therefore be a perfect radio single.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe title="Lift The Curse - &quot;The Things We Don&#039;t Say&quot; (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/_2yX8YrfJwY?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<p>But I rather like the <strong>harder songs</strong> in the repertoire of LIFT THE CURSE, which always carry me away. And this includes<strong> for example</strong> the tracks<strong> &#8222;Closing The Wound&#8220; or also &#8222;Fight (Like It&#8217;s Your Last)&#8220;. </strong>Here, beautiful melodies are paired with neck-breaking parts, which is also concisely reflected in the vocals. Ryan can also belt out really nasty and brutal vocals. The burning <strong>guitar solos are always a pleasure</strong> and heat up the songs even more on the whole album.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe loading="lazy" title="Lift The Curse - &quot;Fight (Like It&#039;s Your Last)&quot; (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0kkHDeJfhLU?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">An exciting evergreen</h3>

<p>The duo even took the old evergreen &#8222;I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight&#8220; and gave it smart rocky vibes and thus clearly differs from the original. I think that&#8217;s a good thing. Not because I don&#8217;t like the original version, but because I like to expect a different musical direction from a cover and the band should put their stamp on the song. So this cover version does exactly that and captivates both with feeling and with a healthy hardness.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Some ballads on the album</h3>

<p>appeal to the soulful side. Ballads are a bit difficult for me, because they often bore me. But there are exceptions, of course. On this album, the <strong>closing track &#8222;Anxiety&#8220;</strong> is one that I can really get into. The soulful vocals of Ryan come into their own wonderfully here and the song manages to captivate me.<strong> The climax in the song, which slowly increases the intensity, is beautifully worked out. A wonderful conclusion for an album.</strong></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Conclusion</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE offer again wonderful music on their new album</strong> <strong>&#8222;Suffer And Survive&#8220;. They know how to write and present good songs. This modern mixture of rock and metal offer high quality and high entertainment value. The guys have something in store for every taste. LIFT THE CURSE are on a very good way!</strong></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Rock &amp; Heavy Metal</h3>

</strong></p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork.png" alt="" class="wp-image-139615" width="394" height="394" srcset="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork.png 540w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-300x300.png 300w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-150x150.png 150w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-80x80.png 80w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-320x320.png 320w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 394px) 100vw, 394px" /></figure></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">LIFT THE CURSE </h3>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Moderne Ausrichtung</h3>

<strong>Der Song &#8222;Call It What It Is&#8220; könnte für mich locker ein echter Radiohit sein. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Fazit</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE überzeugen mit &#8222;Rise With The Flames&#8220; auf ganzer Linie. </p>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE muss man sich merken. </p>

<h2 class="has-text-align-center wp-block-heading">English review</h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="720" height="340" src="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Titelbild.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-139616" srcset="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Titelbild.jpg 720w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Titelbild-300x142.jpg 300w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Titelbild-520x245.jpg 520w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px" /></figure></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Rock &amp; Heavy Metal</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE </strong>(<a href="https://www.facebook.com/LiftTheCurse">Facebook</a>) are a duo from Texas. <strong>Ryan Hegefeld &amp; Jon Yadon Jr. </strong>found each other and they share a strong friendship. They have been releasing singles at short intervals. More specifically, they&#8217;ve actually had quite a run. Since April 2022, it has now become a total of 15 singles. Now they have put together a package and this is called <strong>&#8222;Rise With The Flames&#8220;</strong>.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork.png" alt="" class="wp-image-139615" width="394" height="394" srcset="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork.png 540w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-300x300.png 300w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-150x150.png 150w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-80x80.png 80w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-Fire-Cover-Artwork-320x320.png 320w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 394px) 100vw, 394px" /></figure></div>

<p>I personally noticed LIFT THE CURSE unfortunately only with their last single &#8222;Believe&#8220;, which I also recently presented in our series &#8222;Hear &amp; See&#8220;. The duo reminds me of WALG, who have also produced a hell of a lot of great hits in a very short time, just in sinister Black Metal.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">LIFT THE CURSE </h3>

<p>move in completely different realms, however. <strong>They call themselves a Rock duo</strong>. This fits for me only conditionally, because<strong> they go much further in their sound</strong> and experiment with degrees of hardness. <strong>Often they romp besides the rocky songs in melodic Heavy Metal and spice it up occasionally with an additional considerable hardness. </strong>Ryan is responsible for the lead vocals. Mostly his clean melodic vocals can be heard, but often he plays with his voice and so it goes sometimes really hard to the point.</p>

<p><strong>The combination is very appealing</strong>, the songs seem mature and everything is presented flawlessly. These guys certainly gained a lot of musical experience before they started LIFT THE CURSE. You don&#8217;t just whip out something like that without that. <strong>The single &#8222;Realized&#8220; shows more of their hard side.</strong></p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe loading="lazy" title="Lift The Curse - Realized (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Q6P6T3Yaqeo?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">modern approach</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE play a modern sound that cannot be pigeonholed</strong>. They let their creativity run free. <strong>The level is consistently high to very high and you won&#8217;t find a lousy stinker on the album. </strong>So I can hardly decide which songs have been composed earlier or later. In any case, all songs have in common that the guys attach great importance to <strong>catchy melodies</strong> that immediately flatter the listener&#8217;s ears. You can convince yourself of the very tasty mixture with the song <strong>&#8222;Burn It All&#8220;, which alternates between soulful passages, energetic power vocals and hard-hitting screams.</strong> There are also some cool synths and a <strong>great solo by Jon </strong>that really rocks. A real treat!</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe loading="lazy" title="Lift The Curse - Burn It All (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/gwLhqZefqzc?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">A rocking attitude</h3>

<p>vibrates in every song and in parts it also dominates the action. The riffing is lighter and looser, with Ryan acting only with his clean voice. And the boys know this very well too. He has versatile skills. You could tear down the hut with songs like the two above and then there are songs that rock with a lot of feeling, but are not boring at all. Such a song is <strong>&#8222;Call It What It Is&#8220;</strong>! This one <strong>could be a real radio hit for me</strong>. He convinces with very emotional vocal lines but also manages to provide maximum joy when listening with his wonderful lively melodies. <strong>An emotional song with a melancholic theatrical component. </strong>A song for the charts!</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe loading="lazy" title="Lift The Curse - &quot;Call It What It Is&quot; Lyric Video" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/npn2L79m7KA?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Conclusion</h3>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE convince with &#8222;Rise With The Flames&#8220; all along the line. The mix of Rock and Metal offers a varied and quality listening at every moment. </strong>The songs convey a spectrum of emotions that offers everything: from melancholic, over combative, to angry and stirring. This is quite a remarkable achievement, which the young band delivers here. And with that they easily manage to jump into the 8-point zone right away.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><a href="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1-.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1--1200x675.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-139620" width="640" height="360" srcset="https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1--1200x675.jpg 1200w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1--300x169.jpg 300w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1--768x432.jpg 768w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1--1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1--1320x743.jpg 1320w, https://metal-heads.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LIFT-THE-CURSE-Rise-With-The-Flames-CoverInfos-1-.jpg 1920w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /></a></figure>

<p><strong>LIFT THE CURSE should be on your radar. </strong>I&#8217;m very sure we&#8217;re going to hear a lot from this band. <strong>Not only because the guys are so damn motivated, but because they have an uncanny potential to inspire a wide audience and get off to a successful start</strong>. One may be very curious, in which direction it will go musically. But we don&#8217;t have to wait too long, because<strong> they want to release their new album this spring. </strong>This should not include a collection of singles, but should be produced classically directly as a planned album. And the <strong>first single &#8222;Love Wins&#8220; should be released already on 27.01.&#8217;23.</strong> Sounds like a ballad, but you never know.</p>

Wer also nichts verpassen will&#8230;.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">DARK EMBRACE </h3>

Die <strong>neue Single &#8222;Never Seen The Sun&#8220;</strong> verkörpert diese Beschreibung sehr eindrucksvoll.

</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">LIFT THE CURSE</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<div class="video-container"><iframe loading="lazy" title="Lift The Curse - Believe (Official Music Video)" width="500" height="281" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8rUpUdc1b88?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">ANTHEM </h3>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">DARK EMBRACE </h3>

<p>come from Spain and will release their <strong>album &#8222;Dark Heavy Metal&#8220; on 24.02.&#8217;23</strong>. Well, under Heavy Metal you can imagine so many things. But the fact is that the sound of DARK EMBRACE (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/DarkEmbraceOfficial">Facebook</a>) comes along quite fresh and stormy. The <strong>new single &#8222;Never Seen The Sun&#8220; </strong>embodies this description very impressively. <strong>This is a fucking stormy sound and it&#8217;s and you get to hear some unusual vocal lines. </strong>So they they stand out from the crowd. The weather at the video shoot for the single &#8222;Never Seen The Sun&#8220; adapted to the sound and the shoot was anything but a cozy picnic.</p>

<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p><em><em>We filmed on a beach in our homeland Galicia with winds over 100km/h. It was really crazy, but it perfectly represents the power of nature and the frustration with karma.&#8220;</em></em></p><p><em><em>This song is about egoistic people. These kinds of people that never collaborate with others but despite it, they get their goals. That&#8217;s why there are a good amount of questions in the lyrics about how they got it if they never helped others. Why did you achieve your goals if you have never seen the sun? It&#8217;s questioning the existence of karma</em></em>.</p><cite>Pressetext ALL NOIR </cite></blockquote>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">REXORIA</h3>

<p>from Sweden celebrate finest melodic metal. <strong>REXORIA</strong> (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/rexoriamusic">Facebook</a>) have exactly the right ingredients to prepare a feast for fans of symphonic metal<strong>. I like that the sound is very catchy to the ears, but still recognizable as Metal. </strong>That is to say that the guitars have not been mixed too much into the background. So I like it and the <strong>album &#8222;Imperial Dawn&#8220; will be released on 03.02.&#8217;23.</strong> If the album can keep the level of the single, then it should be a real celebration.</p>

</div></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">LIFT THE CURSE</h3>

<p>from Texas are a young band, but they don&#8217;t sound like one. <strong>With their new single &#8222;Believe&#8220;, they&#8217;ve come up with a damn strong performance. </strong>The sound is convincing all along the line. Melodic <strong>Heavy Metal with an additional pinch of dark hardness makes you want more. </strong>This mixture with the unusual vocal range has already something very own and pleases me extraordinarily well. I predict that you will hear a lot more from <strong>LIFT THE </strong>CU<strong>RSE </strong>(<a href="https://www.facebook.com/LiftTheCurse">Facebook</a>) and the band will soon have a lot more followers. They deserve it with their great single in any case, because they stand out very pleasantly from the average.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">ANTHEM</h3>

<p>from Japan are another gem in the field of Heavy Metal. <strong>ANTHEM</strong> (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/heavymetalanthem.en">Facebook</a>) rock a fantastic sound that will convince everyone right away. What a brilliant performance! The <strong>single &#8222;Wheels Of Fire&#8220; is an awesome example for a perfect song. </strong>Everything is just right here and it goes beyond. <strong>The vocals are damn good and the guitars are hot shit. </strong>No kidding! The song is the absolutely great! <strong>The songwriting with its melodies and the racy hardness is a revelation and the guitar solo is out of this world!</strong> I fell in love immediately and have already listened to the song in continuous loop. If on the<strong> album &#8222;CRIMSON &amp; JET BLACK&#8220;, which is on 21.04.&#8217;23 </strong>only such burners are represented, then I already have a hot contender for my top list 2023.</p>
