Markus Laakso über Song und Video
Kuolemanlaakso Mastermind Laakso zum Song und dem Video: „‚The World’s Intolerable Pain is a reflection of my anguish towards the time that we are living in right now. The song combines my own existentialist crisis and the inflammable political state of the world to a meager ray of hope for a better tomorrow in the ever-growing shadow of desperation. The entity is sugarcoated with catchy melodies and gothic aesthetics. It’s definitely one of my personal favorites from the album. One of my favorite singers Helena Haaparanta (Crimfall, VALO) guest-stars on the track as well as on the video, directed by Lasse Hartikainen (Michael Monroe, Santa Cruz etc.). It was an absolute pleasure to work with them.“
Kuolemanlaakso Background
Kuolemanlaakso – M. Laakso – Vol. 1: The Gothic Tapes
Viel Spass!
